2026 Wage and Benefit Survey

Accelerate West Central Indiana Releases 2026 Wage and Benefit Survey in Partnership with Western Indiana Workforce Development Board — Terre Haute, IN

Accelerate West Central Indiana, in partnership with the Western Indiana Workforce Development Board, is pleased to announce the release of its 2026 Wage and Benefit Survey, a comprehensive regional tool designed to provide employers, workforce partners, and community leaders with current data on
compensation and benefits trends across West Central Indiana.

The survey collects detailed information on wages, benefits, and workforce practices across a range of industries and job categories. Results will help employers benchmark compensation, support talent attraction and retention strategies, and inform workforce development and economic planning efforts throughout the region.

“This survey is an important resource for understanding how our regional labor market is evolving,” said Cyndi Todd, President Accelerate West Central. “By providing reliable, localized wage and benefit data, we aim to support employers in making informed decisions while strengthening the competitiveness of West Central Indiana’s workforce.”

Accelerate West Central Indiana and the Western Indiana Workforce Development Board extend special thanks to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology for its assistance in developing the survey questions and format. Their assistance helped ensure the survey reflects current workforce realities and captures meaningful, actionable data.
Employers across West Central Indiana are encouraged to participate. Survey responses will be kept confidential and reported only in aggregate. The final report will be shared with participating organizations and regional partners in 2026.
