Cyndi Todd

Cyndi was a leader in the creation of Partnership Parke County and has been the Director of the non-profit since its inception in 2015. She has received a Certificate of Completion for Indiana Economic Development Course, International Economic Development Certification and Community Development Course from Ball State University. Cyndi has facilitated more than $20 million in projects in Parke County. Many of these involve infrastructure improvements or expansions, Brownfield developments, connecting resources and other grant funded opportunities.
